unfortunately, that is not the case.
so this is the picture you're getting. :)
the sign about locking the door has been there for YEARS!
I know this because I've lived in this apartment for 2 years,
and I always thought my friend who moved in before me put that note up..
just because it sounded like something she'd say.
but she said it was there when she got here..
therefore it is ancient and anonymous. and we love it. :)
the rest of the notes are "nice notes."
every sunday night our ward (congregation) gets together and writes them, and they get delivered that night!
it is basically our favorite part of the week,
and we put our favorites on the door.
many of them include weird drawings, like the lamb and the comedian.
gotta love it.
our door may not be beautiful... but at least it is a source of happiness! right?? right. :)
