a photo of me holding my nephew the day he was born! this is one of those pictures that I'll treasure forever.

I love how all the "meh" coloring in the before photo was turned into crisp, clean coloring in the after photo. same basic ingredients every time: correct white balance and increased saturation, brightness, and contrast!

I made it through this insanely busy and chaotic semester, and I could not be happier!

I'm so excited to blog again and have a few weeks off to relax!

Here's a sneak peek of Nathan's mission photos. I'm really close with and in LOVE with Nathan's family, we go a few years back.. and in 8 days he'll be heading to Brazil to serve an LDS mission! I know he'll be an awesome missionary. :) 

This was one of my faaavorite photos from his shoot! Probably because there's so much of my favorite color in it. :)

So I know this isn't photography related, but...

I just had to share this video with you guys.

My apartment was pranked on Easter Sunday, and it was kind of the best thing of my life, and I'm trying to help this video get as many views as possible!

on march 23rd, my very first nephew was born, and I was able to fly home to alabama for it. :)))

I've only had time to edit this one picture... but I thought you should all see it. because he's precious and you should probably stare at his face all day long.
