b&a monday + sneak peek of catherine & alex!

I knew I was forgetting something yesterday.. sorry! I should probably start calling these b&a tuesdays. :)

catherine is a friend of mine from back home in alabama. I was so excited when she asked me to do her engagements! when I came home and looked through the pictures, I knew I wanted to edit this one right away. doesn't she just look like a porcelain doll??

also, sorry I've been slow with blogging... but lots of posts are on their way!! AND tomorrow night I'm doing my first photoshoot with my NEW camera. and it's an engagement session, which is as good as it gets. cannot. wait!!

b&a monday + sneak peek of ashtyn!

I had the awesome opportunity of taking my lovely friend ashtyn's senior portraits before I headed back out to utah for summer term. :) at the end of sessions I'm usually shooting in pretty low light, but thanks to photoshop (and shooting in RAW) it doesn't have to mean I can't still create great images!

amanda & kyle.

my shoot with amanda and kyle was down right awesome. turns out amanda's aunt is my friend from alabama's wife! small world. :) amanda & kyle were so comfortable in front of the camera and made my job so easy!!! playful, fun, stylish. I'm so glad they were willing to trust in me and try my ideas of balloons and izze drinks :) it turned out just how I wanted. the weather on the other hand got CRAAZZYY - seriously SO windy! it was hilarious. at least the wind gave us some great shots! this shoot is definitely in my top 5 favs of all time. which.... is why I posted basically all of them. haha!

my brother lee. :) freakishly attractive model, I know! makes my job super easy every time. :) see the rest (& a better description) here! thanks to the pioneer woman for her 'seventies' action on these pictures. I just ran that action at 100% (plus a couple of other things) on each one. love it!!
